DESCRIPTION:Continuing Art \nAges 8-13 yrs \nArtists use their knowledge about mediums and techniques and apply these to individual ongoing projects. \nEach child will work on their own project side by side with their peers. \nQuarterly themes will guide these young artists as they build confidence through art. \nArtists take a step by step approach to creating their unique masterpieces and learn how to bring a concept from their mind or their lives to the canvas. DESCRIPTION:Ages 10 – 17 yrs\n\nIn this class\, our young designers will learn how to design a small collection from start to finish!\nOn the last week of class we will host a fashion show featuring the designs of our designers.\nIn this special 2 hour class students will\n* learn about color and theme development of a clothing collection\n* sketch out their own 3/4 outfit collection\n* travel to the store to select their fabrics\n* drape and create patterns for their garments\n* sew and finish their garments\n* style and create complete outfits for fashion show. \n** there will be an additional expense if the student would like extra special or expensive fabrics while on our fabric store field trip. \nPlease note that price of this 11 week class includes the fabric budget for the designer. \n\n    Purchase »
